What is the purpose?

Specific Objective: 4.2 - Improving equal access to inclusive and quality services in education, training and lifelong learning through developing accessible infrastructure, including by fostering resilience for distance and on-line education and training

The overall objective of the project is the improvement of educational facilities, instruments and learning spaces as support for anti-bullying and inclusion initiatives followed by aptitude tests development for career orientation. The partners intend to implement a set of new methods able to tackle the challenges faced by the educational environments of most European countries: bullying among students. The specific objectives of the project include increasing the level of knowledge on bullying in schools both in Dolj County and in Bulgarian neighboring counties, Vidin and Vratsa, increasing the skills of professionals to manage bullying situations; encouraging the development of positive relationships with students and building a favorable climate in classrooms; improving strategies for effective intervention in bullying situations; reduce bullying by involving the most important actors correctly, professional orientation of students through certified methods.

Status

  1. All the preparations for the two exchange and training seminars in Vratsa (anti-bullying) and Vidin ( inclusion) are complete. The events have been scheduled for period ( February - March 2026). The third career orientation meeting remains scheduled for March 2026.
  2. Procurement for English/Bulgarian translation services is complete. The contract for simultaneous translation services (RO/BG) has been signed. The procurement for the simultaneous translation equipment system is currently under development.
  • Awareness activities have been initiated through press conferences, press articles, and the launch of the project's Facebook page. The procurement process for a cross-border survey has been concluded, and preparations for its launch are complete. Promotional materials have been procured. The booklet and the training sessions with students are scheduled for later periods.
  • The first press conference was successfully held on 3 November 2025 with all partners and media. Two press articles have been published. A roll-up and two temporary plaques have been produced and displayed. Press releases have been published on official partner websites.
  1. Participation of all partners in joint anti-bullying, inclusion and career orientation activities.
  • The contract for transport services has been signed. Participation will be ensured once the exchange seminars and other mobility events take place. Training materials will be developed after the exchanges.
  1. Fostering a healthier learning environment (Workshops) - PP3 has completed the procurement process for workshops with children and parents.
  2. "Let the people know" Communication Activity -The project Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/share/1DA2JuCKaH/ ) has been created and launched. A contract for two project videos has been signed, and initial footage from the press conference has been filmed. Press articles and the procurement of an outdoor digital projector are planned for later periods.
  3. Procurement of an aptitude test platform for career orientation - The platform has been procured, paid for, and access has been granted to the specialists.
