The Managing Authority for the Interreg VI-A Romania–Bulgaria Programme issued the Instruction No. 2 / 12.01.2026 addressed to the project partners.
According to this Instruction, project partners are required to inform the Managing Authority of any deviations from the applicable legal framework and/or undue amounts identified within the financed projects, both during the implementation period and throughout the entire durability period.
