List of the concept notes accepted by the Programme for 2nd step

Following the first call for concept notes unde the ITS, carried on between January and April 2025 and following the Strategy Board Decision no.17/30.09.2025, the Interreg VI-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme decided to invite 11 project ideas to develop into full applications, in view of their possible financing from the Programme.
As such, according to the Decision no. 73/25.02.2026 of the Monitoring Committee of the Interreg VI-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme, the top 11 project ideas are invited to continue to the second step, in the descending scores awarded by the Strategy Board and if respecting the Programme conditions.

Project ideas proposed by SB and which do not get financing from our Programme will continue to exist as part of the ITS and may obtain financing from other sources.
If affected by the Programme’s decision, the Strategy Board in its entirety or concerned project leaders may submit a complaint against the Decision no. 73/25.02.2026 of the Monitoring Committee, under the conditions of the following Complaint procedure:
