We are pleased to announce the organization of a training session for beneficiaries of projects currently under implementation, which will take place on 18 June 2025, starting with 10:30 A.M., in Ruse, Bulgaria, at Dunav Plaza Hotel (here you may find the directions).
This session is specifically designed to address key knowledge gaps and equip participants with the practical skills necessary to leverage the benefits of the projects being implemented.
The event agenda will focus on the following key areas:
- Project implementation: activity scheduling, de-commitment targets, direct vs. flat rate costs, indicators, anti-fraud measures, and useful tips and best practices.
- Reporting: reporting calendar, preparation of partner reports (including JEMS-related actions) and National Control, preparation of project reports and JS checks, reimbursement of expenditures.
- Communication: correct use of the Visual Identity Manual, along with tips and best practices for communication and dissemination.
The event will include interactive Q&A sessions and group discussions aimed at sharing experiences and clarifying practical aspects.
