What is the purpose?
Specific Objective: 4.2 - Improving equal access to inclusive and quality services in education, training and lifelong learning through developing accessible infrastructure, including by fostering resilience for distance and on-line education and training
The project objective is to set up the framework for training and lifelong learning in different types of arts – music, dancing, painting and calligraphy for people on both sides of the border. Following the project implementation, persons at vulnerable ages (young artists and elder people) from both sides of the border will gather new skills and will speak a new language – Art. The project defined objective is fully in line with the Programme’s specific objective, since it will support to improving equal access to inclusive and quality services in training and lifelong learning.

500.553,77 €, from which 400.443,01 € FEDR and 100.110,76 € National Contribution

Status
The project started its implementation on 28.08.2025. The partners reported the following activities:
- On 21.10.2025, LP signed the service contract for the development of the promotional materials within the project.
- LP signed the service contract for the organization of the launch event of the project on 12.11.2025.
- The project launch event took place on 19.11.2025 in Bulbucata commune, Giurgiu County.
- On 11.02.2026, PP2 signed the contract for the musical instruments and accessories, computer equipment, sound equipment, music software and chairs.
- On 06.03.2026, LP signed the service contract for the development of the e-learning IT platform.
- On 07.04.2026, LP published the tender notice for the contract for the procurement of transport, accommodation and meal services related to the training sessions envisaged within the project.
