Cross-Border Youth Safety and Inclusion: Modernizing Training Facilities and Developing a Comprehensive Good Practices Guide ( CBYSI - ROBG00251 )
What is the purpose?
Specific Objective: 4.2 - Improving equal access to inclusive and quality services in education, training and lifelong learning through developing accessible infrastructure, including by fostering resilience for distance and on-line education and training
The objective of the project is to modernize the educational infrastructure, equipping training centers with state-of-the-art tools and fostering cross-border collaboration to develop joint training programs. The expected change is an improvement in youth employability and safety, with educational programs more closely aligned with the real-world demands of employers and personal development needs.

621.087,58 €, from which 496.870,06 € FEDR and 124.217,52 € National Contribution

- Organization of 4 joint workshops for developing the joint training program and the best practices guide for Youth Safety and Conduct
- Organization of 6 trainings in the field of Personal Finance and Green Economy by PP2
- Organization of 6 trainings in the field of self-defense and safe driving by LP1

Status
The project started its implementation on 20.08.2025. The partners reported the following activities:
- On 15.10.2025, LP received the visibility materials on his behalf
- Organization of the Start-up conference on 16.10.2025 in Craiova, Romania.
- PP2 held a Launching Conference on 17.10.2025 in Svishtov, in hybrid format (physical and online)
- LP signed the works contract for the modernization of the sports hall on 07.11.2025. The order to start the works was given on 13.11.2025.
- On 12.11.2025, PP2 launched the public procurement procedure for the equipment foreseen within the project
- PP2 signed the contract for the developing of advertising materials on 17.11.2025
- Organization of an Open Doors Event on 20.11.2025 in hybrid format by PP2
- On 16.12.2025, PP2 launched the public procurement procedure for the renovation works and replacement of furniture
- LP signed the contract for the development of the cross-border movie on 22.12.2025
- The first workshop for developing the joint training program and the best practices guide was organized in period 12 – 14.01.2026 in Craiova, Romania
