Joint training schemes in tourism and long-life learning in the cross-border region of Dobrich-Constanta ( TRAIN_LLL- ROBG00233) - ROBG00233

What is the purpose?

Specific Objective: 4.2 - Improving equal access to inclusive and quality services in education, training and lifelong learning through developing accessible infrastructure, including by fostering resilience for distance and on-line education and training

Main goal of the project is to contribute to improving the equal access to inclusive and quality services in training and long-life learning through developing, promoting and implementing joint innovative complex training schemes in tourism and stakeholders networking in the cross-border region Dobrich-Constanta. The project aims to address labor market imbalances, addressing the growing number of long-term unemployed, young people, minorities in social isolation, and remote rural areas lacking lifelong learning opportunities.

378.452,33 €, from which 302.761,85 € FEDR and 75.690,48 € National Contribution

What will happen?

  • Conducting of joint survey;
  • Two-day workshop with education and training institutions and tourism business: “Education and training in tourism in the cross-border region Dobrich-Constanta - innovative methods and digital tools";
  • Information and publicity;
  • Creating concepts of the joint training schemes for three professions in tourism- "Administrator in Hospitality ", “Chambermaid in Hospitality”, “Waiter-bartender”;
  • Elaboration of educational films for three professions in tourism: "Administrator in Hospitality ", “Chambermaid in Hospitality”, “Waiter-bartender”;
  • Development of a digital tool for key competencies;
  • Exchange/internship in the cross-border region Dobrich-Constanta;
  • Communication activity;
  • Preparatory activities for vocational trainings within Joint training schemes;
  • Implementing of Join training scheme for the profession "Administrator in Hospitality";
  • Implementing of Join training scheme for the profession “Chambermaid in Hospitality”;
  • Implementing of Join training scheme for the profession “Waiter-bartender”;
  • “Train the trainer” workshop;
  • Communication activities: Communication activities in the preparatory phase of the training courses;
  • Communication activities during the training courses and after their completion;
  • Production of promotional video films and video clips.
