Enhancing Quality and Universal Access to Learning and Inclusive Training for Youth ( EQUALITY - ROBG00214 )
What is the purpose?
Specific Objective: 4.2 - Improving equal access to inclusive and quality services in education, training and lifelong learning through developing accessible infrastructure, including by fostering resilience for distance and on-line education and training
The overall objective is to support and expand youth education in Baneasa Commune and in General Toshevo Municipality, by promoting an inclusive education for the marginalised youth population, under a permanent network of public authorities, teachers, parents and the larger community, and developing both formal and non-formal learning facilities as the “Baneasa Creative Education Club for children and youth“ and "Outdoor Multifunctional Sports Area" , Non-formal Educational Ateliers and "Factory of soap balloons".

Status
The project is currently in implementation. The following was achieved:
- The starting project press conference was organized on 22.12.2025 in Baneasa by the Lead Partner. LP issued a first project related press release and PP2 published on its own website an announcement about project main objectives, activities and expected results.

As well, promotional materials have been elaborated by the LP, which were distributed during the starting press conference.
- The project partners signed contract for elaboration of the "Cross-border Strategy for the Dissemination and Implementation of Creative Learning Methods for children and youth". The framework of the strategy proposed by the Provider was analyzed and revised by LP, and a final version of the Strategy framework was agreed upon.
- The service contract for development of the Technical Project and Execution Details was signed by the LP, the Technical Project and Execution Details were completed and accepted by LP and the construction authorisation procedure is ongoing.
