What is the purpose?
Specific Objective: 2.7 - Enhancing protection and preservation of nature, biodiversity and green infrastructure, including in urban areas, and reducing all forms of pollution
The overall objective is to deliver a school community of environmentally-minded thinkers, based on educational programmes and pollution mitigation tools, in support of the entire community, consolidating and applying project promoted knowledge and skills. The project regards building youth motivation to actively participate in identifying solutions for the environmental problems.

Status
“Public Communication plan” has been developed and it is updated on a regular basis, as each partner carries out promotional activities;
“Procedure for communication between partners and associates” commonly agreed and approved by the project team and associates`representatives;
D.1.1.1 “CHANGE Environmental Celebration Days Agreement” was completed, the Agreement being approved and signed by all project partners and associates on April 2nd 2025 at LPs headquarters;
LP organised on April 2nd 2025, project`s first Press Conference with the participation of all partners and associates;
6 out of 6 environmental events completed;
D.1.1.2 “Story of the CHANGE Environmental Event Calendar” completed;
LP issued 1 press release, addressing the project initiation and first press conference (published on April 2nd 2025) and other 2 press releases on 12.12.2025 related to the completion of all educational trips in Constanta county and on 29.12.2025 related to the educational trips developed in the neighbouring counties and in Bulgaria;
PP2 issued 3 press releases, addressing the project initiation (published on March 24th 2025) and 2 promoting the Environmental Days workshops and educational trips (Forrest and Water Days-published on March 24th 2025,and Earth Day 03-published on April 23rd 2025). PP2 published its 6th press release on 10.11.2025 and it was related to the project Activity A1.1 “CHANGE-Environmental Event Calendar” regarding the development of the “Black Sea Day”;
PP3 issued three press releases, 1 addressing the project initiation (published on 24.02.2025) and 2 promoting the Environmental Days workshops and educational trips (Forrest and Water Days -press release published on March 28th 2025, and Earth Day-press release published on April 22nd 2025). Another press release was published on 30.10.2025 and it was related to project activity A1.1 "CHANGE-Calendar of Environmental Events" regarding the celebration of the International Black Sea Day;
Several educational trips organized by each of the project partners have been conducted under Activity A 1.1CHANGE-Environmental Event Calendar and Activity A 1.2 CHANGE-Young Ranger;
LP contracted both services the "Environmental Strategy - Schools protecting the environment and mitigating pollution" development and the printing services of the Strategy as a Handbook;
A 1.4 Environmental education and sustainable development Trainings for schoolchildren have been completed by all project partners. All trained children received a participation certificate and a learning kit;
"CHANGE Conduct Code" stating the rules for all pupils to follow in order to make their schools - green schools, has been drafted and approved by all partners, and also the "Conduct Code" Poster has been developed and printed;
The trainings under Activity A.1.5 Sustainable development experts in the educational environment and in the public administration have been completed by all partners;
Within the A2.1 "Environmental Local Action Groups" all partners have enlisted the members (pupils) of the 10 CHANGE Environmental Action Groups.
