The competitive call for project proposals dedicated to Priority 2: A Green Region, Specific Objectives 2.4 and 2.7 and the  call dedicated to the operations of strategic importance within Interreg VI-A Romania- Bulgaria Programme  are already launched.

The Joint Electronic Monitoring System (Jems) is the only way to submit a project proposal. This is why, in order to support the applicants we prepared a video tutorial with detailed guidelines on the application process, which is available on our YouTube page: https://youtu.be/sipyi-qVt5A. 

For any further questions, we are organizing on June 12^th a webinar to clarify any aspect related to the Joint Electronic Monitoring System (Jems).
